Reinspired after an evening with some close friends who are really learning and embracing social media, I decided to try to keep up on some blogging. In the last recent months I have partnered with my dear friend
Jody's Kitchen to create cookbooks. Our most recent endeavor is creating a holiday cookbook for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. The food, gluten free, grain free, and most cases dairy free. We are doing two menus for each holiday; a basic menu and a new twist to the traditional feasts. My goal is to try to incorporate some pics of what is to come in the new cookbook and perhaps some tips, etc. I am definitely blessed to have such a talented and hard working partner to work on this with. We hope to bring food to life for those out there wanting a healthier option for what is generally eaten on the SAD (standard american diet). Food that will make your taste buds sing and inspire you that eating healthy is exciting! One of our Thanksgiving desserts is below, yum!
